Bernhardi & Lukasik Welcome New Attorneys

BUFFALO – Bernhardi & Lukasik, PLLC is pleased to welcome three new attorneys, in addition to Lead Associate in the Social Security Department, Lynn Kwon-Dzikiy, Esq.,: Kelsey DiLapo Lukasik, Esq., Stephen E. Brooks, Esq., and Catherine Lynch, Esq. The new firm has six attorneys at present.

DiLapo Lukasik has been engaged in the general practice of law concentrating in the areas of residential real estate, estate planning and estate administration for over twelve years. A graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, she is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and a member of the Erie County Real Property Committee. She has also acted as Examining Counsel for various title insurance companies.

Brooks joins the firm with over ten years of experience from various law firms throughout the Western New York area. A graduate of Roger Williams School of Law, he is a third generation attorney, whose practice area includes trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, elder law, real property, tax and Social Security. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Elder Law Section, Trust and Estate Section and a member of the Surrogate Decision Making Committee.

Lynch, a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, is admitted to practice in the State of New York and a member of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association. Her practice areas include Social Security Disability and Estate Law.

Bernhardi and Lukasik PLLC offers four convenient locations  - Downtown Buffalo, West Seneca, Amherst and Olean.
