Bernhardi & Lukasik Law Offices PLLC is pleased to welcome attorney Ann F. Arnold, Esq. to the firm. Arnold has over twenty years of legal and leadership experience in matrimonial and family law, and personal injury and general civil litigation. She will continue to practice in those areas.
Arnold is a former Senior Attorney for the Office of Court Administration where she assisted other attorneys and unrepresented litigants. She is also former Deputy Chief Clerk of the Niagara County Supreme and County Courts where her duties included instructing attorneys in continuing legal education, and she is a former Village Attorney for Kenmore.
Arnold co-authored “Youth Courts: A Judicial Perspective” with Justice Sharon S. Townsend, published in a special edition of the January 2011 New York State Bar Association Journal. Arnold is active in the Erie County Bar Association, WNY Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of New York, the Eighth Judicial District’s Minority Law Internship Program 2011 and Pro Bono Committee 2008-2011, and the High School Law Intern Committee 2011.
She has participated extensively in the community supporting Roswell Park Cancer Institute, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and other organizations supporting cancer patients and their families.
