New York State Disability – If you are a New York State Employee and can no longer perform your job duties as you perform them,  then you may be entitled to Article 14 or Article 15 retirement benefits from New York State.  This is an adversarial  process between you and the state.  This makes every statement you make, form you sign and  medical record  you submit to the court can potentially be used against  you.  To avoid any potential errors ,assistance by experienced attorneys is essential during the whole process.
